The first major snow fall is on the ground outside my window. Iteckons me to come out and shovel the driveway. It calls to me to come out and throw a snow ball even at this stage of my life. It reminds me that there are cycles to this life and to the world.

So many times in order to do the posture perfectly, in order to be just like our favorite yoga star, we lose our own uniqueness. You need to be true to yourself!
Not matter if you celebrate this holiday or not, take some time today toe grateful for all the things you have. You may feel that you don’t have very much, but if you have breath, you have magic!

I often encourage people to spiritual living. Unfortunately, they often think that I am suggesting religion, and I am not.
Today, decide to push the gnome back and wake the giant. It is what we were created to be. Why not be it?

Have you ever noticed how other people’s attitude can affect your attitude and your motivation? If they are down or grumpy, you begin to feel down or grumpy and soon your motivation to do things is shot and you don’t feel so hot.

Have you ever opened yourself to the guidance of the spirit? This is what spiritual living is all about. To open yourself to be led by the spirit and to listen and act according to that leading, is spiritual living.
Are you afraid to be that open?
