Exercise is a great way to put away holiday stress. The problem with that is that it is not easy to stay with your routine.
I do yoga. I also like to walk for some aerobic exercise. There is benefit to regular exercise.
What do you do to stay in shape? Do you do yoga? I do! Do you walk? How about running? There are several ways that a person can stay in shape, but if we don’t do anything, we become old before our time!
