This site is dedicated to the nurturing, personal change, and personal growth of individual lives. We have been actively seeking the Path of spiritual, mental and physical growth for about thirty years. It is our hope that through this site we may help all who desire to grow, to deepen their lives. In the future, we hope to offer resources and trainings that will help to do just that.
We are Stephen and Michele Thomas. We live in rural upstate New York. We have been married thirty-two years and have three grown children. I (Stephen) am a minister in a small rural church. I also practice and teach Yoga and Meditation, am a Reiki practitioner, a healer, and am a Spiritual Guide. Michele is a Spiritual Director and guide, a Reiki Master, healer, and an artist.
Although not always in an orthodox fashion, we both have been on the Path all our lives. We believe that strengthening the connection between the Infinite and ourselves and by studying those who have gone before us is the best way to our becoming whole people.
