Years ago I began to have severe back pain. As someone who works at a computer several hours each day, I got to the point where I could hardly get out of my chair, or out of bed in the morning. I started practicing yoga and the back pain got better! If I neglect my yoga practice, the back problems start to come back. Once I started practicing yoga and got into it I found that it is much more that turning myself into a pretzel. It is about mind, body and spiritual health and awareness. With these in balance, life becomes so much better!
