Changing our Lives

How many times do we tell ourselves that we are going to change, that from now on, we will be the person we envision and no longer be. . . If you are like most people, you do this all the time. We have a need to be more. It is part of our co-creative position in the Infinite. The trouble is, we can’t seem to shake free from the conditioned person we are.

Have you turned what you want into a goal? For me, it works well if I turn the change into a goal and then work on that goal each and every day. The goal might be to lose ten pounds. If I make it into a goal and then work out the plans or objectives to reach that goal, it works much better.

What if you ignore the goal and do nothing? There is no real instant recipe for persistence and dedication. It is a day by day process. My advice would be to not beat yourself up over a missed day or goal. Simply pick up the next day and start working toward what you desire. If you become negative, it will not change. If you remain positive and not let yourself become despondent you will do much better.
